To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/liners, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. To qualify for a return, all above requirements must be met.

Please note you must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility and we will not refund the original shipping amount. We strongly advise to use tracked shipping as we will not be responsible for lost items. Please package your returns with care in the same way you received it.

Once we have provided returns information, items must be sent within 5 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

If the package is undeliverable and sent back to us for any reason, we will not refund shipping fees.

Exchanges 

You can make an exchange for another size by placing a new order and returning your original order. Please note, return policies apply for exchanges and all requirements listed above must be met to qualify for an exchange. Please email us at contact@tlietaswim.com to cover shipping costs for your new order. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. 

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To contact us, email contact@tlietaswim.com. Please include your order number and photos/description of the issue. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items purchased using a discount code or gift cards.

In the event of a return, please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid upfront by Tlieta are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount, along with the original shipping costs.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
