Which locations to do you ship to?

Shipping is available worldwide.

How do I care for my swimwear?

Hand wash cold. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. Always rinse swimwear after use with cold water. Dry in shade.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Unfortunately, you are unable to cancel or change your order once order has been placed. You are able to return if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To contact us, email contact@tlietaswim.com. Please include your order number and photos/description of the issue. 

How long will shipping take?

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. Orders are not processed on weekends. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

UK - 1 - 3 business days once the order is shipped.
International - up to 12 business days once the order is shipped.

How do I return my order?

How long do I have to return my order?

You have 14 days to request a return from receiving your item. Once we have provided returns information, items must be sent within 5 days.

Do I have to pay to return?

Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility and we will not refund the original shipping amount. We strongly advise to use tracked shipping as we will not be responsible for lost items.

Can I exchange my order?

You can make an exchange for another size by placing a new order and returning your original order. Please note, return policies apply for exchanges and all return requirements must be met to qualify for an exchange. Please email us at contact@tlietaswim.com to cover shipping costs for your new order. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. 

The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?

We produce in limited quantities, therefore if an item sells out, it may not be restocked. Some popular items may be restocked.

Are custom fees and taxes included in the shipping price?

It is the customers responsibility for all custom and duty fees as we do not include these fees in our shipping prices.

Can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Can I amend my shipping address once I have placed an order?

Once an order is processed, we cannot amend the shipping address. Please ensure you enter the correct address when placing your order.

Who is responsible for lost or stolen packages?

It is the customers responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your carrier immediately if your package has been lost or stolen. If a package is showing as ‘delivered’ once tracked, we are no longer responsible for this package. If there are any problems with the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of tracking showing as ‘delivered’. To contact us, email contact@tlietaswim.com.
